What we collect

Contact details: name, phone number, email and service address.
Order details: the services you ask about or order, and the information the provider needs to set up your service. When a provider requires a credit or identity check, this includes date of birth, Social Security number or ID details, which we use only to place that order.
Call recordings. Calls with us are recorded for quality, training and to keep a record of what you agreed to.
Text messages you exchange with us.
Website data: device identifiers, IP address and how you use the site, collected through cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.

From you, on calls, by text and on this website.
From the advertising networks and websites that connect your call to us, from partners who refer orders to us, and from the providers we sell.

How we use it

To compare services at your address and place your order with the provider you choose.
To contact you about your order, installation and service, by phone or, if you agreed, by text.
To follow up on quotes and offers you asked about, if you agreed.
To measure and improve our website.
To train our team, check quality, and keep records the law requires.

Who we share it with

The provider you order from, so it can set up and bill your service.
Companies that run our phone, texting and customer-record systems for us, under contract and only to provide those services.
Google, which runs the analytics on our website and receives device identifiers, IP address and browsing activity. California law may treat this as "sharing".
Authorities, when the law requires it.

None of this includes text messaging opt-in data or consent.

Text messages

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. To stop texts, reply STOP or tell any agent. See our SMS Terms.

Ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. We'll confirm your identity using details you've already given us.
Opt out of any sale or sharing. You don't need to prove who you are to do this.

How long we keep it

Order records, call recordings and texting consent records are kept as long as needed for your service and our legal obligations, generally up to five years.
